Das war der Wedding. Voller Gruppenzwang im Stadtbad. Bin immer wieder über die rohrige Location erstaunt, die auch dieses mal wieder für hunderte von Hans Dampfs herhalten musste. Leider haben findige Nachbarn beim erblicken der urwaldmässigen Schlange 1 und 1 zusammengezählt und 110 gewählt. So ging die Sause nicht wie geplant bis in den Nachmittag.

That was Wedding. Full on “Gruppenzwang” at the “Stadtbad”. Am always amazed by the “tubic” location that had to serve once again for the hundreds of party peeps. Unfortunately some nice neighbours were so amazed by the jungle like line in front of the club that they needed to call the police. So sadly the Party ended before the good old afternoon hours.

Hatte das Glück die neue Barraca Scheibe von Andrew frühzeitig bekommen zu haben und war gleich total hin und weg!!! Die ganze EP ist einfach super! Mein top Tune ist aber “You Should Do”. Die Leute fragen immer was dass denn sei wenn ich es spiele. Ein gutes Zeichen.

I was lucky i got the early promo of Andrew Barraca new release and it immediately totally blew me away! The whole EP is just excellent! My top tune is “You Should Do”. People always ask ‘what is that’ when I play it. A good sign.

Und wieder mal der Port. Seit heute ist nun auch das Remix-Scheibchen von der ‘Own’ erhältlich. Die Tracks wurden von Riva Starr und Mutant Clan durch den Wolf gedreht. Unten gibt es wieder ne kleine Kostprobe – wer mehr als nur hören möchte, der kann kann schnell bei BEATPORT vorbeischauen.

And it’s Port again. Today the remixplatter of ‘Own’ hits the streets. The two tracks were meat grinded by Riva Starr and Mutant Clan aka Timo Maas & Santos. Below you’ll find some snippets as usual – if you want to do more than listening have a quick stop at BEATPORT.

Und schon wieder der Herr Port. Passend zum gestrigen Tuesday Tune gibt es mit ein wenig verspätung Adams beitrag zur Platte zu hören. Es darf marschiert werden.

Für die einen schon nen alter Hut – Für die anderen noch nie vorher gehört. Santé & Adam Port beglücken uns nach ihrem Debut auf Rockets & Ponies mit dem zweiten gemeinsamen Release. Diesmal auf unserem Nachbar Label Souvenir als umweltschonendes Digitalrelease.

To some it’s old hat – for others it is never heard before. After their debut on Rockets & Ponies, Santè & Adam Port delight us with a second shared release. This time it put out on our next door label Souvenir as an environmetally friendly digital release.

Letzten Samstag haben sich “FUCK ME NOW & LOVE ME LATER” und “GRUPPENZWANG” zusammengetan und auf dem Arena Arial, also Badeschiff, Arena, Arenaclub und dem Freischwimmer einen rießen Rave veranstaltet. Adam und Rampa haben zusammen mit u.a. Format B, Pan Pot und unseren Homies Sqim und Cinthie die Leute in den Sonntag Morgen begleitet. Es hatte leider keiner ne Kamera dabei, drum gibts nur ein verwackeltes Handyfoto… egau komm ma klau

Last Saturday “FUCK ME NOW & LOVE ME LATER” and “GRUPPENZWANG” joined to arrange one giant rave on the Arena area, including the locations Badeschiff, Arena, Arenaclub and Freischwimmer. Together with, amongst others, Format B, Pan Pot and our homies Squim and Cinthie, Adam and Rampa accompanied the crowds into the Sunday morning. Unfortunately no one had a camera, so there’s just this one wiggly picture… egau komm ma klau

Selbst Adam, dem alten Gurtenfestivalhasen, hat es die Sprache verschlagen, als wir aus dem Colin McRae-Shuttle ausgestiegen sind. Der ausverkaufte Berg hatte einiges zu bieten – nicht nur den Blick auf ganz Bern, sondern auch Bands wie Babyshambles, Gossip, The Kooks, The Hives, Skunk Anansie undsoweiterundsofort. Geraved wurde dann in den Dance Tents und die waren mit einer Kapazität von maximal 400 Leuten knüppeldicke gefüllt. Kein Wunder bei 20.000 feierwütigen Festivalgängern. Leider hatten wir wieder mal die Badesachen vergessen und so konnten wir wie immer nur zuschauen, wie andere sich in dem wohl karibischsten Fluss die Schweissfüsse badeten. Wird aber auf jeden fall nachgeholt.

Even Adam was knocked for a loop when we dropped out of the Colin McRae shuttle, altough he’s an old Gurtenfestival stager. The sold out mountain had it all on hold – not only the splendid view over all of Bern, but also bands such as Babyshambles, Gossip, The Kooks, The Hives, Skunk Anansie yada-yada-yada. The rave took place in Dance Tents, which were capable of around 400 people only and crammed to the utmost. No wonder, given the 20.000 party people around. Unfortunatelly, we once more forgot to bring our bathing suits, so as always, we could do nothing but watch the others refresh their sweaty feet in the probably most caribbean river ever. That’s going to be a lesson for next time.

Audion ist definitiv einer meiner Lieblingsproduzenten. Um so mehr freut es mich dann, wenn er immer wieder mit einen knaller Groove um die Ecke kommt!!! “Just Me” ist auf dem Spectral Sound Sampler “Document” erschienen und meiner Meinung nacht DER Track des Ganzen.

Audion is definately one of my favourite producers. That’s why it thrills me even more everytime he’s coming back with another hitting groove!!! “Just Me” came out on the Spectral Sound sapler “Document”, and in my opinion it’s THE track of the whole thing.

Das war sie mal wieder – die Bread & Butter in Berlin. Für Adam und &ME an den “Wheels of plastic” blieb wenig Zeit, mal gründlich die Messe durchzupflügen. Wird aber alles beim nächsten mal nachgeholt.
