Refund and Returns Policy

Return deliveries

We will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

All returned products must be free of use, damage, stains, odor or any other condition which would prevent them from being sold as new. They must also have their original tags and packaging attached.

Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges, including unnecessary duties and sales taxes in certain instances.
Keinemusik will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any return packages lost in transit.

Customers outside the European Union are encouraged to check the policies in their country/local region as the policies vary from country to country. In some cases, orders may be subject to customs fees.
Unfortunately, Keinemusik will not be able to cover or refund any customs fees incurred by the customers’ local laws.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
