Das Original von “Black Noise” fand sich ursprünglich auf der Cocoon Compilation L, in deren Rahmen für ordentlich Wirbel gesorgt war. Nun folgen die Konsequenzen, und zwar in Form eines Single Releases mit zwei Remixen. Für den ersten Remix fand sich niemand geringeres als KiNK. Er veredelt das Release mit einem seiner aufsehenerregenden Live Mixe, die einem ursprünglich u.a. aus Zeitnot heraus entstandenen Prinzip folgen. Demnach werden die Grundloops über ein Handliches Pult und die nötige EFX Hardware im heimischen Wohnzimmer in Echtzeit gemischt und arrangiert. Der Mitschnitt wird dann ohne weiteres Editieren direkt auf Platte gepresst.
Der zweite Remix kommt von &ME, dessen kaum weniger effektive Herangehensweise hier nicht eingehender kommentiert werden muss… hört selbst. Release ist am 8. April. Zu kaufen gibt es das gesamte Paket u.a. auf DECKS, DEEJAY.DE und Beatport… Out Now!!!

The original “Black Noise” was part of the Cocoon Compilation L, where it happened to be the cat among the pigeons. As a corollary it has now come to a single release with two remixes. For the first remix no other than KiNK declared himself ready. He refines the release with one of his startling live mixes, which follow a simple principle that most likely originates in a lack of time. The roughly prepared groundloops are run over a handy mixer and some appropriate hardware effects to be mixed and arranged in realtime. Without any further editing or such, the outcome will basically be pressed directly onto the vinyl.
The second remix is by &ME, whos no less effective approach doesn’t need a specific introduction right here… just listen for yourself. Release is April 8th. The full package can be bought on DECKS, DEEJAY.DE and Beatport… Out Now!!!
