Heute starten die Berlin Music Days aka BerMuDa. Die nächsten Tage gibt es also alles rund ums Thema Music – von hören über selber machen bis zum Buisness. Die Geburt von der Keinemusik Nummer 11 haben wir im Cookies in Berlin gefeiert. Rampa und &ME kamen pünktlich zum Abendessen aus NY zurück und so konnte die komplette Bande zusammen ihr neues Baby feiern. Wie immer im Cookies gabs oben im Restaurant vor der Feierei noch ein paar feine Vegihäppchen. Runde sache! Alle unsere Freunde und Bekannte waren da und haben den Dienstag zum Wochenende gemacht. Ein schöner MOMENT.

The birth of the Keinemusik number 11 was celebrated at Cookies Berlin. Rampa and &ME came back from NY just in time for the dinner, and so the whole gang could celebrate their new baby together. As always before the party at Cookies, there was a nice selection of vegie bites to be ingested. Perfect as can be! All our friends and acquaintances were there to turn tat Tuesday into a weekend. A nice MOMENT.

Schon ist sie da, meine Fortune EP. Sie umfasst fünf Tracks, die nun dank Sebrok und Marc Miroir auf deren Label Paso das Licht der Welt erblicken. Zu meinem floorerprobten Titeltrack “Fortune” und den beiden Originals “Lo Done” und “Over again” gibt es noch zwei schlagkräftige Remixe. Ganz besonders freut es mich, dafür unseren freund Onno und unseren lieben &ME mit an Bord zu haben. Beide sind für ihre Beiträge in die Extreme gegangen: Onno führt sich raffiniert überlagernde, unwiederstehliche Grooves und eine bissige Acidline ins Feld, während &ME mit einem Tool um die Ecke kommt, bei dem der Wind so durch das trotzige Drumgerüst pfeift, dass es einem wohlig kalt den Rücken runterlaufen kann. Über die Vorlaufzeit ist mir diese Zusammenstellung sehr ans Herz, oder besser gesagt, ans Trommelfell gewachsen. Es ist mir ein großes Vergnügen, Euch nun daran teilhaben lassen zu können! Ab heute gibts das gesamte Paket exklusiv auf Beatport, überall anders dann in zwei Wochen… Vorhören gibts direkt und ohne Anstehen hier oben im Soundcloudplayer.

Here it is, my Fortune EP. It contains five tracks, which now will see the light of earth thanks to Sebrok and Marc Miroir on their Label Paso. Coming alongside my floor-tested titletrack “Fortune” and the originals “Lo Done” and “Over Again” are two forceful remixes. Referring to these, I’m really happy to have our Amsterdam based homie Onno and our beloved &ME on board. Both hit the extremes: Onno applies elaborately layered, irresistable groove patterns and a snappy acidline, whilst &ME has the wind blowing through a steadfast framework of drums which is likely to cause pleasant shivers. During the time of preparation, this set of tracks has become very dear to my heart and eardrums and it’s a pleasure now being able to share it with you! From today on the whole package is available exclusively on Beatport, with the other platforms following up soon…. Please be free to prelisten directly and without having to line up by use of the soundcloudplayer right above.
