Kreuzberger Nächte sind lang. Mit dieser Maschine werden die Jungs und Mädels bei Strict Textildruck aber in wenigen Stunden mit den neuen T-Shirts zur KM005 fertig sein. Wir durften schonmal probetragen – fühlt sich jut an und sieht dufte aus.
Nigts in Kreuzberg are long. With this machine though, the boys and girls at Strict Textildruck will have the t-shirts coming along with the KM005 finished within a few hours. We were allowed to try on already, and it feels good and looks tasty.
Endlich ist unsere Radio Show wieder da! Der Umzug von WLH zu Sceen.fm hat leider doch etwas länger gedauert als erwartet. Unsere neue Playtime ist dafür umso geiler und zwar jeden zweiten Donnerstag von 15 bis 16 Uhr. Für unsere erste Show gleich heute den 28.01. haben wir einen killer guestmix von Santé bekommen. Die nächste Show kommt dann in 2 Wochen also am 11.02. wird von David Mayer gedudet. Finally our radio show is back! Swapping from WLH to Sceen.fm took a little longer than expected, but in exchange, our new air time is even better, and that is every second Thursday from 15 to 16 o’clock. For our first show today on the 28th of January we got a killing guestmix by Santé. The next show will be duded by David Mayer. Es war mal wieder wundervoll in Kölle. Ich war mit Dr. Snyder und Co ordentlich vorglühen, man sieht sich ja nich so oft ^^. Um 1 war der Laden rappel voll und Pille und David haben die Stimmung hochgefahren, Party war spitze – Snyder hat seine Kontaktlinsen endlich mal wieder verloren – Schmidi hat tatsächlich seine Kaffeemaschine abgefackelt (also die hat echt richtig gebrannt!) und am Sonntag gabs ein herrliches Schnitzel bei Oma Kleinmann! Mission completed.
Being to Cologne was absolutely wonderful once again. To begin with I underwent a serious warmup with Dr. Snyder and Co. in order to celebrate our reunion, because that does’nt happend very often really ^^. The club was packed at 1 o’clock, Pille and David heated up the mood, party was top notch – Snyder finally lost his contact lenses like he’s done a million times before – Schmidi set his coffee machine on fire (the thing actually went up in flames!), and on Sunday we had proper schnitzel at grandma Kleinmann’s house! Mission completed.
Ohje, ein Tuesday Tune auf die Schnelle… bin gerade erst aus Köln gekommen und Total fertig. Ich muss zugeben, dass dieser Tuesday Tune ein bischen wahllos gepickt ist, da ich gerade kein absoluten Track im Kopf hab und auch null Bock einen zu suchen, hehe. Aber mit “Party People” von Marco Carola kann ich glaub nichts falsch machen. Super Club Track!
Oh dear, need a Tuesday Tune real quick… just arrived back from Cologne and I won’t do it much longer for today. I must admit that this tune was picked rather randomly, as I haven’t got that starkly track in mind and I’m not in the mood digging for one, hehe. But I guess I can’t really go wrong with “Party People” by Marco Carola. Nice club track!
Zum ersten mal im Baalsaal und gleich vollauf begeistert. &ME’s alte Wahlheimat ist immer eine Reise wehrt und dank des bekannten Labels und Kiezklubs zum feiern auch bestens geeignet. Zusammen mit Phonique gab es Techno und House “all night long” bis auch bei dem Letzten die Lichter angingen. Gibt 2010 bestimmt ein Wiedersehen.
First time at Baalsaal and totally thrilled. &ME’s former homeland is always worth a trip, and thanks to the well known club and label it also has everything needed to party. Together with Phonique there was techno and house “all night long” until everybody had their lights on. We might aswell reunite within 2010.
Terranova in da house… Zur Zeit wird wieder fleißig an einem neuen Terranova Album gearbeitet. Es kann zwar noch ne kurze Weile dauern bis das Ding rauskommt, aber Rocco (aka der Hund) bewacht das Ganze und gibt schonmal grünes Licht!

Das Cover für die Fünfer ist fertig! Monja hat wieder ganze Arbeit geleistet und für unsere kommende Platte ein tolles Bild gemalt. Die Workparty One ist unsere erste Geburtstags Platte und wird diesmal 4 Tracks drauf haben, je einen von &ME, Adam, Rampa und Mayer. Das Release Date steht noch nich ganz fest, aber es wird irgendwann ende Februar sein.
The cover is done for number five! Again Monja did the whole package and came up with another fine peice of art to cover our new record with. Workparty One is coming along with our first anniversary and is going to hold four tracks, one each by &ME, Adam, Rampa and Mayer. The release date is going to be somewhen towards the end of February.
Und wieder mal heißt es danke Bianca! Heute durften sich der Rampa mit dem Santé und dem Ali bei Nike IDs machen. Dazu gabs ein super Paar Patta Air Max oben drauf!
And once again it says thank you Bianca! Today Rampa, Santé and Ali were allowed to make themselves some ID’s at Nike. They even got a pair of Patta Air Max on top!
Tja, ganze fünf Fotos sind entstanden, da für uns die Party leider schon nach 15 Minuten zu Ende war. Nachdem man sich ne gute halbe Stunde durch die Menschenmassen an der Tür kämpfen musste um dann endlich im Ballhaus zu stehen, durfte man auch gleich wieder Kehrt machen, weil die Polizei gedroht hat, den Laden aufgrund einer Anzeige zu räumen. Die kümmerte es nämlich garnicht, dass der Laden proppevoll und die Stimmung schon seit 12 Uhr auf dem Höhepunkt war. Danke an den netten Anwohner der 110 gewählt hat – wir mögen dich nicht!
Well, none less than six photos emerged from that night, because the party was over in just about 15 minutes already. After half an hour’s effort of getting through the crowd in front of the door, we were on our way out again at the moment we finally got inside, because the police was about to raid the place due to some complaint. They did’nt even care that the floor was totally packed and the spirit had been on it’s peak since twelve ‘o clock already. All of that thanks to the kind resident who called the 110 – we do not like you!

Als ich am vergangenen NYE im Watregate war um Basti von Tiefschwarz zu besuchen, ist mir in seinen Set dieses tolle Stück aufgefallen. Als ich ihn dann gefragt habe was das für ein geiler Tune sei, zeigte er nur auf die CD, auf der “Hawtin/Luciano – FUCK” geschrieben stand. I love it!!
When I was visiting Basti of Tiefschwarz at Watergate last NYE I noticed this one nice track in the midst of his set. I asked him about it, but he just answered by pointing out the writing on the referring disc, which said “Hawtin/Luciano – FUCK”. I love it!!
Unsere erste Party im Horst Kreuzberg hat super Bock gemacht. Klasse Laden, klasse Lichtanlage, klasse Soundsystem und über 500 Leute. Monja hat den kleinen Chillraum mit Covern und Bildern gepimpt, die Jungs haben sich um den Sound gekümmert. Ab zwei- halb drei war der Laden bumsvoll. Um 7 mussten wir dann leider Schluß machen, weil dann nebenan die Post aufgemacht hat.
Our first party at Horst in Kreuzberg was seriously big fun. A belting venue with a nice lighting system, a great soundsystem an around 500 people inside. Monja pimped up that little loungeroom with artwork, the boys took care of the music. From 2 and on, the place was completely stuffed. We finally had to quit at 7, because the neighboring post office opened for everyday life.
