Workparty One…Workparty ON! Eigentlich wollte ich es ja gerne Gestern schon bloggen…aber keine Chance, denn wer so hart feiert muss auch mal so hart chillen! Naja also schön schön schön wars! Vielen Dank an alle die so fleißig mitgeholfen haben! Monja bekommt ein extra Danke für die tollen Bilder und die leckeren Snacks!
Um Punkt 19 Uhr sind wir mit den Vorbereitungen fertig geworden, als auch schon die ersten Feierabendbier hungrigen den Laden enterten. Knapp ne Stunde später war dann fullhouse angesagt. Durchgehend voll und voller quatschten, tranken und feierten wir dann entspannt unser neues Release. Zwischen 23 und 24 Uhr war ein Locationwechsel angesagt und wir zogen mit dem Bunch weiter ins Cookies. Dort gings dann Bleifußmäßig weiter. War mit Abstand unser schönster Geburtstag! …auch wenns erst der erste war ^^

Workparty One…Workparty ON! Originally this was intended to be blogged yesterday… but no chance, because sometimes severe feasting is bound to be followed by severe chilling! However. It was wonderful! Thanks so much to all our busy helpers! Special thanks go out to Monja for her great Artwork and the tasty snacks!
When we were finished with the preparations just in time at 7 o’clock, the first guests had already entered the store, and we had full house by 8. It stayed like that all till the end around 11, when the whole bunch set off to change the location to Cookies, where the party continued with the leadfoot pushed down. By far this was our best birthday ever! …even though it was our first anniversary ^^

BPC in da house

Another night in Berlin

Los gings in der Villa bei Adams 6 Stunden Set. Nach einigen Drinks und Winks gings dann für Rampa und &ME weiter ins Dice. Von ca. 5 bis 7 Uhr lief auf der Anlage dann Keinemusik. Hier ein paar wenige Fotos…

It started off with Adam’s 6 hours set at Villa. After several drinks and winks Rampa and &ME continued to Dice with Keinemusik on the rig from 5 to 7. Here’s a few pics…

Ach wie schön! Eigentlich wollten wir ja nur unsere neuen Nike ID’s abholen… doch dann gabs sogar noch drei super Jacken dazu. Ein dreifaches hip hip hurra auf Bianca!

Actally we intended to pick up our ID’s… but then we even got three jackets on top. Three cheers for Bianca!

Adam Port & Cinthie @ Dice

Ein gutes hat es, wenn man erst um halb 6 auf ner Party aufkreuzt. Man muss nicht stundenlang in einer monstermässigen Schlange verharren und sich bei diesen frostigen Temperaturen die Zehen abfrieren. So konnte man gleich ins bis unter die Decke gefüllte Dice einkehren und sich zu Super Flu nen bischen locker machen. Leider verpasst man so aber auch Adam und kann sich nur noch mit ihm unterhalten anstatt beim Auflegen zu nerven. Naja – wenigsten hatte der Bushido Store geschlossen, damit man garnicht erst in die Versuchung kommt nicht reinzugehen und sich nichts zu besonders verlockenden Sale-Preisen zu kaufen.

There’s one good thing about showing up on a party at half past five. One mustn’t wait in an enourmous qeue for hours and freeze ones toes off to get in, but rather enter the brimfull Dice and ease up with Super Flu straight away. On the other hand, that’s how you’d miss Adam playing with nothing left to do but talking. Well, at least the Bushido store was closed so one didn’t even take the bait in not entering and not buying anything for very alluring sales-prices.

Adam Port @ Villa

Das habt ihr nun davon. Kaum passt man mal nen Weilchen nicht auf, schon mach sich Mr. Port in der Villa breit und schlägt uns nen 6 Stunden Set um die Ohren. Jetzt bleibt nur noch eines zu tun – vorbeischauen und auf keinen Fall warmen “Apfelsaft” von Adam annehmen!

Better watch out, because otherwise Mr. Port might aswell settle in at Villa and hit us round the ears with a six hours set just like that. If so, there’s only one thing left to do – come around and by no means accept warm “apple juice” offered by Adam!

Reznik‘s pick of the week

Heute mal kein Techno, sondern mein Lieblingsohrwurm der letzten Wochen. Ich hab mir vor kurzem die 7″ auf Killer Pimp gekauft und kriege den Song seitdem nicht mehr aus meinem Kopf raus. The Jesus & Mary Chain meets New Order meets massiv verzerrte Noise-Romantik. Ich will ein ganzes Album!

No techno today, but my favourite catchy tune of the past few weeks. I recently bought the 7″ on Killer Pimp and I can’t get that song out of my head ever since. The Jesus & Mary Chain meets New Order meets massively distorted Noise-Romance. I want a complete album!

Vice & Wild Bunch @ Relais pictures

War alles so spontan und kurzfristig, dass wir eigentlich garnicht genau wussten, was es zu feiern gab. Reznik wusste zwar ungefähr bescheid – trotzdem sind nur einige Schlagwörter an dem Abend gefallen und hängengeblieben: Berlinale, Aftershow, Wild Bunch, Frankreich, Vice, Film, Paris, Relais, Jessica Alba, Kate Hudson, 5 Filme, Free Drinks, Berlin, Party, Bitte, Danke.

This was a rather spontaneous one, so we didn’t even know exactly which occasion we were there to celebrate. Although Reznik was informed somehow, only a few catchwords were dropped further on that may roughly describe the evening: Berlinale, aftershow, Wild Bunch, France, Vice, film, Paris, Relais, Jessica Alba, Kate Hudson, 5 movies, free drinks, Berlin, Party, please, thanks.

Berlinale & Transducers Pt. 2 @ Tresor

Anlässlich der Berlinale veranstaltet der Tresor heute zum zweiten Mal in Folge ein eigenes Film-Event – Transducers Pt. 2. Mit von der Partie ist Reznik und eine Handvoll anderer Djs.

During Berlinale Film-Festival there will be a massive Party called Transducers Pt. 2 today. Reznik and some other DJs will stop by and spin their favorite tunes.

Adam x Till @ Ritter Butzke pictures

Nachdem der Abend in der vollen Villa begonnen hatte, ging es in der übervollen Ritter Butzke weiter. Schnell an der Schlange vorbeigedrängelt und ab zu Adam und Till auf den Floor. Hier war schon halber Ausnahmezustand und drüben sah es nicht sonderlich anders aus. Trotzdem extrem enstspannte Stimmung und alle hatten am Ende wieder keine Ahnung wann und warum sie zu Hause waren.

Having started at the crowded Villa, we continued our evening at the absolutely brimful Ritter Butzke. Squeezing past the qeue as quickly as possible, ending up with Till and Adam on their floor. Circumstances were exceptional right here, and it didn’t look any different on the other side. Nonetheless, the mood was absolutely smooth and in the end nobody exactly knew when and why they got home.
