Rampys bday bash 25.7.12 @ Weekend Rooftop

Nächsten Mittwoch am 25.07. steigt meine Bday Party im Weekend aufm Rooftop und später dann auch noch im 15ten Stock. Los gehts um 20 Uhr! Ich freu mich mega dass fast alle meine DJ Freunde Zeit und Lust haben ein kleines Ständchen für mich und euch (!) zu spielen.
Das Lineup besteht Hauptsächlich aus Spitznamen, aber ich denke ihr werdet schon checken wer da dahinter steckt!
Es haben sich sogar noch ein paar secret guests aus den USA angemeldet… aber gut jetzt, reicht 🙂

Next Wednesday July 25th my B-day party will take off at Weekend, starting on the Rooftop and continuing on floor 15 later on. Doors open at 8 pm! I’m really excited that almost all my DJ friends are in to play a little serenade for me and, of course, you!
The names on the lineup are mainly nicknames, but I think you’ll be able to figure out who is who. There are even some secret guests from the USA pending… but that’s enough for now 🙂

Joaa, Afterworkparty Two auf der Weekend Dachterrasse. Schön wars! Wir hatten den ganzen Tag Kribbeln im Bauch beim Gedanken daran, ob das Wetter passt… zum Glück hat sich der Himmel dann Pünktlich geöffnet und wir hatten Sonne aufm Deck. Hoch die Tassen und ab ca. halb 10 wars dann bums voll. Der ein oder andere kleine Regenschauer hat die Nummer dann eher noch geiler gemacht, wie wir finden. Thx an Moritz und Fabio für die Zusendung der zusätzlichen Fotos. Und nicht zuletzt auch nochmal ein extra dickes Dankeschön an Clemens, der das Video zum Release gemacht hat!!! So, und jetzt wieder alle Mann an die Arbeit… bis zur nächsten Party!

Well, afterworkpart on the wekkend terrace. It was awesome! We’d been excited all day to see what the weather would be like… luckily the clouds disappeared just in time and we had the sun shining on deck. Bottoms up and the place was packed around 10pm. In our opinion, those tiny rain showers in between actually helped heating up the moods even more. Thx to Moritz and Fabio for sending us additional photos. And last but not least, another big thanks to Clemens, who produced the video for the release!!! But now, everybody, let’s get back to work… see you at the next party!

Adam Port x Diringer @ Weekend pictures

Am Freitag Abend gings dann ohne Verschnaufpause weiter ins Weekend auf die Dachterasse, wo Adam und Diringer schon am fummeln waren. Einige Drinks später gings dann in den 15th Floor, wos dann richtig zur Sache ging.
Oh oh, in 5 Stunden geht ja schon Das Beats on Boats ding los…

Friday evening there was no rest before everybody met up on the Weekend rooftop, where Adam and Diringer had already started making out. A few drinks later everybody moved on to floor 15, where things got really serious.
Oh oh, the beats on boats thing is starting in 5 hours already…

Keinemusik Fashionweek Timetable

Da wir jetzt am Wochenende so viele Partys haben und selbst kaum noch checken wann was ist, haben wir mal eine Speisekarten ähnliche Übersicht geschaffen: Den Keinemusik Fashionweek Timetable. Teilt euch eure Kräfte ein… es wird ein langes Wochenende.

Since there are so many parties coming up during the weekend and we haven’t even got the exact clue ourselves, we made this menu-like timetable to get an overview: The Keinemusik Fashionweek timetable. Pace yourselves… it’s going to become a long weekend.

Berlin DJ blowout

Gerade beim planlosen durstöbern meines sagen wir mal halb ordentlichen Fotoarchivs entdecke ich drei Fotos, die ich schon fast vergessen hatte. Im Sommer 2008 hat Florian Kolmer über 70 Berliner DJs auf dem Weekend Dach fürs Bang Bang Magazin vor die Linse genommen. Damals hatten wir ja noch keinen Blog, darum kommt der Post jetzt mit knapp eineinhalb Jahren Verspätung. Aber besser spät als nie.
Es war total cool, mit Bier und echt guter Stimmung! Mit dabei waren u.a. auch Ali Schwarz, Anja Schneider, 3000/Dirt Crew, Clé, Dixon, Ellen Allien, Florian Meindel, Holger Zilske, Kiki, Michi Beck, Modeselektor, Oliver Koletzki, Pan-Pot, Paul Kalkbrenner, Prosumer, Sascha Funke und unsere zwei Nasen, Rampa + &ME. Eine sehr schöne Erinnerung. Schade, dass sowas immer so schnell vorbei geht. (Auf die Bilder clicken um sie groß zu sehn.)

Just, whilst looking through some of the old photos of my rather halfway sorted archives, I found three Photos I had almost totally forgotten about. In summer 2008, Florian Kolmer had more than 70 Berlin DJs gathered in front of his lens for the Bang Bang Magazine on the rooftop of the Weekend building. We didn’t yet have a blog back then, so the post now arrives with an almost one and a half years delay. But better late than never. It really was great fun, there was enough beer and excellent vibes! Down to represent were, amongst others, Ali Schwarz, Anja Schneider, 3000/Dirt Crew, Clé, Dixon, Ellen Allien, Florian Meindel, Holger Zilske, Kiki, Michi Beck, Modeselektor, Oliver Koletzki, Pan-Pot, Paul Kalkbrenner, Prosumer, Sascha Funke and the two of us, Rampa + &ME. A very nice remebrance. It’s a pity such things always pass by so fast. (Click on the pictures to view them in full size.)
