The New York trip could not have started better. British Airways provided with a new entertainment system which would let the 8 hours flight pass in no time. Unfortunately the captain informed us right at the start, that there may be difficulties in keeping the system running, and so we all ended up with one movie and six hours of Pong. The first days passed stressless - walking around and eating was pretty much the deal. Although we didn't have much of a choice really, since the weather was so hot and humid that even laying in the park was exhausting. The temperature went down towards the weekend, and so we could visit Nic Fanciulli and co at the Electric Zoo festival with dry armpits. Next up was my inofficial aftershowparty, followed by the official party of Tanzmann and Buttrich, combined with a few days at the studio to keep the fingers from rusting in. Well - you'll hear more within the next days - got to oil my voice for the karaoke night now ;)

Rampa vom Dach

Wanted to report twice a week about the time in NYC - does not quite worked out, there was simply too much to do. The weather has not necessarily drawn me towards the computer, since the park was far more attractive. On Friday i will come up with the full report.

After having left contemplative Mülhausen I continued my journey heading south, starting to beleive that this Sunday's afterhour at Rocker 33 would be drowned since it rained during the whole trip. In this respect, the mighty lord spared Stuttgart, however, although he made it hot and humid to give at least something to complain about. If this is what afternoons in Stuttgart look like, I want to be there always. Only the police thwarted us because at some point they didn't accept the gain in volume anymore. But that was not a big issue, since we had the opportunity to go inside the club and continue having fun for a while. Let's hope that the following Sundays with André Galuzzi and Karotte were just as nice and sunny. See you next time.

For the last time the Monkbreakz Festival took place in an idyllic village in Thuringia. All 4 styles of music were represented, e.g. by Hans Nieswandt, who came along with hits like "From Disco To Disco" with Justus Köhnke and Eric D. Clark, and me, myself. We celebrated in an old cloister, in which an 80 year old granny had her sole reign until just recently. I could not stay for long, since Stuttgart was calling the next day. Those pictures will be online tomorrow.

Unfortunately, our photo category has come a little too short in the last couple of weeks. We start with two fresh pictures from the weekend. From now on we will do better - promised ;)
